All of the gentlemen were polite and helpful. It is a shame they were in a garage that was 100 degrees with no fans or water. The company should provide safer working conditions for the workers at a minimum. I actually saw the lady in front of me bring them cases of Gatorade so they could stay hydrated. The company needs to do more for their workers.

This was our first time to a Valvoline center. we did not know how much anything costs or how they would proceed. I felt like we were rushed in and just told how much it would cost after they had already started to work on the car. I wanted to know that before they started. They were nice and efficient. Would have liked some explanation before we proceeded.

Brandon was absolutely immaculate he throughly explained and answered every question concern and comment i had (and i talked alot) he was so very friendly Chris & Bret did my radiator flush and changed my cabin filters and were so polite and attentive to my car & my cars needs for the future! Danny was downstairs and although he wasnt under my car since i got other services i thank him too for all his hard work! AMAZING team!!!!
