Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I don't remember the young lady name that worked on my vehicle but she was extremely nice and very helpful and friendly also the black guy with the dreds always look out iykyk and again to the young lady my apologies for my snake that was in the glovebox I for about lol. My only one issue is that has nothing to do with the workers is the price of the oil change it's a little overpriced but besides that everything is good.

I wish I could remember the girl's name that helped me. She was an assistant manager and she was getting ready to work the weekend when she normally has off... Anyway girl, you're awesome and my first time there won't be my last simply because of you. I hope I get to see you again! And if you see this remind me of your name!

I was driving home to Virginia after a baseball tournament in upstate New York when I started hearing a terrible scraping noise. I immediately knew the plastic panel underneath my car had come loose again. It had been held together with a very classy "duct tape repair," and I was just hoping one more roll of tape would get me home. I exited in Carlisle looking for an auto parts store and figured I'd have to find some kind soul willing to help. Instead, at a stoplight, Danny from Valvoline literally walked out into the road to rescue me! He waved me into the service bay and assured me they'd take care of it. Danny, Christian, and Jay jumped right in, secured the panel with a screw and clip, showed me exactly what had happened (complete with a photo), and even explained what to do if it happened again. They had me safely back on the road in no time. I already trust Valvoline for my oil changes back home in Virginia, but this experience earned my loyalty all over again. It's rare to find people who are this kind, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond for someone who just happened to roll in with a problem. Thank you, Danny, Christian, and Jay, for rescuing a tired baseball mom just trying to make it home after an unforgettable week in Cooperstown. You turned what could have been a stressful situation into one of those reminders that there are still genuinely good people out there. Y'all are the best!
