Had my oil changed here because I was working in the area when my oil needed serviced. I’m religious with my oil changes and car repairs. When they changed my oil, they broke the oil filter housing and took the broken pieces and had them laying in the oil filter. Had to have my mechanic fix it all. I’d suggest not going here. Very unprofessional and ridiculous that they would hide/ cover up what they did. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Had a fantastic experience. Oil change, air filters changed on a fleet car. No issues connecting with the fleet company, thorough evaluation of the car, and quality, clean, and complete work done. And all in like 17 minutes. All of the staff was very friendly, and the shop was clean and organized. I can only take my fleet car to Valvoline places, so this is where I’ll be heading from now on.
