The speed and ease of the oil change is what I appreciate most. The staff is always pleasant. The only thing I don’t really care for is being told all the things that I might want to consider having done - I’m there for an oil change. I understand the filters being checked and changed if needed but I prefer to rely on my mechanic for everything beyond that. I think my issue is that they start rattling off all the things I might need before they even look at it

I went there to get my air conditioner, recharged, and an oil change. They didn’t know how to do that so then I go to the other Valvoline there’s literally six people working and not one of them knew how to do an air conditioning charge. The manager left and went to Buffalo wild wings. I just cannot believe that out of two different locations. Neither location could service my air conditioner.
