Dakota was my servicer; he had a charisma about him that showed me he cared, and engaged me to make me feel like I was a part of the repair process, not just a guy paying for the service. He asked questions like how often/how hard I drive, and gave me certain suggestions to maintain car performance long term. Taking the time to explain why I needed certain services more than others made me want to come there instead of Jiffy Lube because he wanted to extend the time I had with this car. To me, that's special service, and why I don't plan on going to another service company for a while.
