Oil was splashed on my windshield, wiper blades, and on my engine.The service tech wiped my windshield with a rag smearing the oil all over the glass and wiper blades. It took a manger to come over with glass spray cleaner to clean the oil off (only) after I told them I was calling Valvoline Corporate if I drove away with smeared oil on my car. After driving away I smelled oil burning off of the engine where it was spilled around the fill cap.This same service station did this to my son's car a day earlier where they smeared it all over the windshield. We assumed that was because it's an older car (and his first).We cleaned it off and didn't bother making an issue about it.I have been going to this same Valvoline for years and won't be returning to this exact one again after the second occurance.We understand issues can occur and everyone may have a bad day or are learning, but please help me understand how smearing oil over my windshield, then tell me they are cleaning it up rectifies the situation? They should have cleaned it without me saying anything and not tried to send me out the door. This is also a safety issue!

oil change Okflush radiator poor service took long time even though they said 15 minutes took over and hour had issues with heater for several hours after work was done. was on my way backe to have them look at the work they did and heater started working.
