The technicians completed my service quickly and were very polite and friendly. I had my rear wiper replaced a while ago and I noticed it had been hanging low on the right side. So when I asked them to replace the rear wiper blade and I asked the tech if he could adjust it to a horizontal position he was very nice about it and accommodated my special request. It may not sound like much but it's the little things that count!

THe obvious effort to upsell is unseemly and unwelcome. My wiper blades do not need replacing, my engine air filter is nearly pristine and does not need replacement, my cabin filter could use a blow out but does not necessarily need replacing.

Honestly, it was the most unpleasant and uncomfortable service I have experienced in my entire life (literally). The associate was extremely rude, disrespectful and seemed very irritated. I noticed his behavior even before I pulled in and I wish I had pulled out, I just wanted to get out of that situation as soon as possible. He was talking to me in a demanding and unpleasant manner and he should never be in a position to interact with customers if he behaves that way, totally unacceptable. I have received thousands of services in different industries (e.g. hotel, restaurants, airlines, etc) and when I say this was by far the worst experience I had I am being totally honest. I felt so disrespected that I just wanted to get out of that place. I am sure you guys have cameras there and can possibly attest to my feedback. He even tried to spit outside and ended up hitting the exit door and said the "F" word. I have always had great experiences at that location but yesterday was something to forget and I have no desire to return anytime soon. This is for sure the type of experience you share with your neighbors and coworkers because you do not want them to go through the experience.

Nickel and dimes by staff member for last time once again. While every lit bit helps I typically go to this location and receive $25 discount EVERYTIME-DISCOUNT adds up nicely over time!!!Well that day I mentioned to attendant that here's proof from last multiple oil change receipts that they've given the 25 off discount and proceeded to tell me that this is last time you get this discount and slyly snuck in a $20 discount on my receipt...So happy to inform Valvoline, HIM,and whoever reads this it's the last time I pull into your place and feel GUILTY about asking for a simple $25 discount. Thank You for your time and have a nice day. Hope the $5 and hard time was worth losing the $110 every 3 months!
