They did not provide any information during the oil change. Didn’t check my lights or fill my tires to the right psi. They didn’t show me the oil level or explain that I needed to pay for a new filter. They didn’t say that I needed extra oil either. They tried to overcharge me as well.

How does Gary keep his job? This is the third time he’s been a jerk. He is always annoyed, never smiles, and creates a very tense environment because he seems annoyed if you don’t react quickly enough to his requests. He even reached into my car to turn the lights off because I wasn’t quick enough. After the first two episodes I thought he’d left so I was so disappointed to see that he’s still working there. He needs to be let go.
