Great staff and overall experience when im too lazy to drain the pan. Prices are high but with the regular 20 coupon, full synthetic is about 100 bucks. Not terrible but can be found cheaper in some places.

WARNING! These guys will quicktalk you and upsell you crap that you don’t need, WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!!! In my instance, vehicle has 13k miles and they charged me for a “fuel treatment” cleaner. They hope you don’t read the receipt when you are handed it. They are lucky they didn’t pour it in my fuel tank, bc they would be out the product and I wouldn’t have paid. They insisted the fleet company approved the treatment and I said i don’t care. I don’t want it. I don’t need jt. Take the $100 OFF THE BILL!!! We went back and forth and I had to raise my voice. IMAGINE! Raising my voice to take this sneaked in added on needless service to increase the bill by $100! Manager came over eventually to apologize and said it’s a learning opportunity that they should never add extra services to the stated service of oil/filter change. I usually have good experiences with fleet vehicles at Valvoline, but this one was an eye opener. I should have known something fishy was going on when to I’m handed the receipt BEFORE ANY SERVICE HAD BEEN PERFORMED!!! BE VERY CAREFUL OF EVERY CHARGE IF GOING HERE.

Outstanding! This location was down to one bay because of renovations. The employees worked as a team, flawlessly I might add, to keep the processovinv along and to keep me informed. I was very, very impressed with how they handled the entire experience from the moment I pulled up to the building right up until when I pulled away! Their timing was perfect. Everyone on the team (stress team work) was friendly, courteous, and professional. Kudos to Angie and Manny in particular (as well as the tall gentleman with glasses and tattoos who greeted me and kept me informed). Thanks guys, I was incredibly impressed overall, and with your team work!
