The staff recommended that I have the automatic trans fluid changed in my Honda Pilot. I was told that it wouldn't add any extra time to my oil change, so I agreed. They were very wrong. It took about an hour to complete. I could tell that there was an issue with the equipment and/or problem getting the fluid filled again. I asked if there was a problem because of the time it was taking, but I was told there wasn't any problems. At least 4 vehicles that arrived after me had service, and left before me. If it was going to take more then the 20-30 minutes of an oil change, I should have been told that. If they ran into an issue that caused more time, then communicate that to me. I still may get my oil changed there, but I doubt I'll have anything else done.

This was my first time at the Valvoline in Doylestown - my son recommended I give them a try. I was impressed with the effeciency of the entire process and the fact that although a lot of things were recommended, I did not feel pressured to accept anything other than the oil change. I did purchase a new set of wiper blades as well as several new filters. The entire staff was also very pleasant
