The only thing they have going for them is the ability to show up and get your oil changed while you wait. Otherwise, it’s over priced and they always try to sell you additional things. The guy accident opened my gas tank flap instead of my hood, not a big deal. But then I drove off and realized he never even closed it, meanwhile he was standing next to it multiple times after opening it. I had to pull over to shut it. Small things of customer service goes a long way.

When getting a tire changed at the specific store they state that all they do is take the back and front tire on the same side (it's company policy) and just switch then front to back, back to front. That is not proper tire rotation, you need to crisscross the tires back right to front left, back left to front right and reverse to get proper wear on your tires. Good thing I was watching, and asked for them to do it properly. I won't be getting tires changed here until that policy changes. Keep an eye on what those workers are doing!
