The employee got in my backseat and asked me to take him with me? I think the other employees were bullying him, they pulled him from the back seat and gave me snowballs to throw at him. Everyone was happy. I recommend throwing snowballs at the techs. They love it.

Employees were friendly and courteous but they told me they didn’t carry 10w30 synthetic??? And it was $114 for an oil change… I can get 5 quarts of Valvoline 10w30 synthetic on Amazon for $27 and good Fram filter for $9…. I guess I’ll just do it myself from now on. For a $78 savings!

Very disappointed. Witnessed tech damage my vehicle. It wasn’t on purpose. She dropped a tool on my front fascia. It gouged my paint. I immediately informed her and management. They denied damaging my vehicle. I immediately informed them what happened before my eyes and they treated me as if I made it up.
