Arrived on a Friday at 8:03 am, I was the first customer there. They immediately opened the garage door and waved me in. Scanned my car and asked a few questions as I was never there before. Both technicians were interactive and informative. I went for an oil change but then after discussing a tire rotation would only take an additional 5 mins. I had them add that for $29.99. I was on my way before 8:30, very impressed ! Seth (technician) was the one who mainly completed my vehicle as another customer came in shortly after i arrived. I would highly recommend the location in Ephrata and will be returning !
