This was my first time going to an instant drive up oil change. What a difference from the dealer. No pressures, no scaring me in to thinking I needed extra work done. Cory was wonderful. He explained the different kinds of oil a so for my car. Made suggestions that I was able to understand. Explained everything that was being done and told me about the filter that would be changed on my next visit. I was totally pleased. I went home happy and told my entire family how great this was. This is the way we will be doing our oil changes from now on. Thank you Cory for excellent service.

After I left my check engine light, traction control light, and 4WD lights came on. When I opened the hood, there was a tube disconnected from where the engine filter was replaced. I still don't know if that's the only reason the lights were on. Now I have to pay for someone else to look at it.

I just came from a cross country road trip from Idaho to pennsylvania. I had my oil changed at Valvoline before I left the car ran and performed well so when I got here I came to another Valvoline just to make sure she was in Tip Top condition. I had a full service done including the cabin air filter and the car air filter done. Everyone there was great just pulling out of the base is a little tight feel like the exit could be a little better but I don't know how you're going to do it with the way the parking lot is. Just wish after spending almost $200 you guys could have gave me a dang pine tree air freshener or just something. A little thing like that goes a long way. But needless to say I'll be back
