I arrived to get a oil change and the car in front as I was waiting was getting an oil change but I waited one hour until it was my turn the car when the lane next to me they had taken care of 3 cars and the 4th one was being taken care of. The guy was taking so much time and he was even eating something at one point when i looked up I had a horrible experience.

I got the oil changed but no other checks were done. No transmission fluids were checked. No tire pressure No lights were checked. Wipers were changed because I asked for them. This was a complete turnaround from my normal service at this facility.

I asked specifically two time to make sure you lubricant the propeller shaft. They said it’s a sealed unit. This is not correct and there are fittings to lubricant. In addition, you over charge way too much on the engine air filter and the cabin air filter’s. I can get an oil change and filter changed at Toyota for less the money.
