5.0 out of 5.0

This service was great but not long ago I had a 2015 jeep wrangler. And the technician apparently spilled oil all over my engine. I did email your company about the incident. Over a month later I was still smoking and smelling burnt oil. I thought no way did he spill that much oil. So I took it to a garage. And they said there was so much oil I needed head gaskets and gave me a price of over 1200.00 dollars. I paid 150.00 for diagnostics. Still chose to go to another garage and this guy was honest. He asked who did the oil change last. He told me everything was covered in oil. That's where the smell was coming from. Be cleaned my engine throughly. The bill was 125.00 dollars. In a nut shell. I'm not too thrilled with that particular service. If they're were other places locally with the convenience. I would have moved in to them. Really a 50 dollar oil change ended up in the very end 325 dollars. And no response from whomever did receive my original complaint. Maybe you kind find a way to compensate me. If not... I'll continue to look for another place to do my changes. On my 2 other vehicles
