I travel for the Army and I will hold off on my oil changes to make it to your specific location. Your staff is phenomenal! They go above and beyond to be professional, friendly and helpful. As a female, I have been pressured at other locations to the point where it is so uncomfortable, I will not return. I understand having to upsell, but when my male coworkers or my boyfriend goes to the same place I do for the same services, the pressure to buy is never placed on them as it is me. Your staff informs me of what I need and there is no awkward pressure or relentless selling. I hope they are recognized for being as awesome as they are! Every single one of them has been great every time!

I was told they were out of the oil I normally use and I would have to get a different, more expensive oil. How can a place that does oil changes be out of a common type of oil????? I didn't even stay past that point. If that's how Valvoline does business, they just lost mine.
