Such a pleasant experience. From everyone introducing themselves, making it a point to ask to open the drivers door, and asking to reach in to touch the window. Jonathan, Shaun, and Edwin explained in detail what they were doing as they did it. Also didn’t just tell me I needed a new air filter; physically showed me mine and a new one so I could see why it needed to be replaced. They went above and beyond to make me feel like I understood what was happening. I appreciated them so much. Definitely made my morning so much calmer!

I was appalled at the price of my oil change!! The synthectic oil that was put in my car is actually doing more harm than good. The price was $107.04. With my other car it is only $40.00 some dollars. The coupon (I believe) was for $11.00. If the price of the oil is so high I feel that my coupon should be much higher also.
