The rep ,Shawn, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and easy to understand. He made the visit comfortable and easy. There was another staff member that decided to give instruction during my oil change that was delivered in a way that was “off putting”…. But Shawn did not change his friendly disposition and continued on and did a Great job! As a former training manager the approach taken by the other employee should have occurred at a different time AND not in front of customers. It was a bad move on his part… but… it did not make me feel that the staff that were assisting me were sub-par. It just looked bad for the loud member who had no idea how he came off.
