Used to drive out of my way nearly 40 min to go to the manheim pike location in Lancaster out of preference for years even took my previous car there thats why its disappointing to have to leave this review now I will not be returning to this location after I came in for an oil change and an inspection and they did not put my hubcaps back on correctly to my 2018 honda civic that was in great condition but now looks like I have a spare tire on it because after leaving one flew off. Now we have been playing phone tag for nearly a week. This customer service on getting this problem resolved has been genuinely terrible. Nobody seems to care that my car now looks like shit and that hubcaps arent cheap. While I understand that no one is perfect and accidents happen, I trusted that my vehicle was being handled with care and competence. These are mistakes that should not occur during routine service. and the urgency to resolve the issue has now only escalated my frustration. Nothing says “convenience” quite like being inconvenienced at a place that’s supposed to be convenient. Thanks.
