My vehicle is a 2023 with 40,000 miles. That equally 4 oil changes. 3 of them were at valvoline facilities, 1 was at ford dealership. I don't appreciate being nickel and dimed with replacement drain plugs fees that aren't needed. .

The disappointment was entirely due to one employee whose shirt had the name Savion on it. I had to wait outside the bay longer than necessary because he spent so much time talking to the customer in the van in the bay I was waiting to enter. He wasn't even working in my bay. Even after the van in front of me was finished and paid for Savion continued to converse with the folks inside the van. I finally had to get out of my car,enter the bay and ask them to get the van in front of me to move on. A quick review of your camera footage will substantiate my complaint. It will also show the several times Savion stop working to vape and use his cell phone.
