Everyone was friendly and they did a great job getting finished quickly. The property itself is a very tight turn and squeeze (for my SUV) to pull into the bay from the road so they had to have me back up and adjust. There were two other vehicles being serviced and several technicians were giving verbal directions at the same time, it was confusing. It was raining and amidst the commotion and trying to focus on the directions, I forgot, for a moment, to turn off the windshield wipers. A young lady reached across my windshield to check something and the wipers moved across. The lady shot me a nasty look of disgust as if I had turned them on purpose. I apologized and quickly turned them off but the whole scene was definitely overwhelming. Everyone was nice and they did a good job. I just think they need to take a step back and realize that a new customer is pulling into all this commotion and trying to understand who to listen to and what to do and likely confused. It is a very unique experience. I will be more prepared next time!
