I was going to take my car somewhere that offered a much cheaper oil change and does not try to pressure me into "services" I do not want (especially at your prices) and not one but 2 other oil change places stated they could not remove the oil filter since the last place "put it on to tight and they were fearful they would strip the pan" forcing me to have to come back and when I showed the paperwork of what price I could have gotten I was told "oh we can't match that" but only gave me 30.00 off and it was still 40.00 higher then what Wal-Mart was offering for a same type of oil change. I was not happy and if this happens again that I am forced to come back here and pay more then I want to I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and local county official's
