Quick vehicle service, then put in approx 20 minutes, was able to make it back to my kids baseball tournament before the game started.

I had a very awful experience at this location. The service tech did not install the oil filter correctly in my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. After I had left and got on the highway, I had oil spewing out of the bottom of my jeep. It went everywhere, all underneath my undercarriage all of the backside of my wrangler. I obviously immediately turned around and went right back to the Valvoline location and expressed my disappointment. Now With all this being said the one positive thing that I can’t say is the manager did take care of the issue and get me back into the shop immediately and make Everything correct And offered me a refund and a free car wash. I did really appreciate that. As far as going back to that location, it may be quite some time before that happens. When I go to a business for service, rather it be for my vehicle or any type of service that I am paying a fee for, The staff need to be knowledgeable in every aspect of their profession. I understand we all make mistakes from time to time, but a simple mistake like that could have permanently damaged my vehicle. Again, I do appreciate the managers efforts And fixing the situation.

I went to the Valvoline on Manheim Pike for a simple oil change. My air conditioner has been broken for six summers, and I have been told by multiple different mechanics that this would be a minimum of a $1,500 repair as I was told my compressor was broken. While my oil was being checked, Henry asked if I would be willing to let him try something on my air conditioner, and if it didn't work he would not charge me. I said sure, because I was more than positive it wasn't able to be fixed. Within 20 minutes Henry had fixed my air conditioner, and only charged me $170 for the service. The team members at this location were kind, generous, friendly, and made this chore a really enjoyable experience. I couldn't believe that he was able to fix my air conditioner, this has significantly improved my life this summer during the heatwave! Thank you to everyone at the Manheim Pike Valvoline, y'all are awesome.
