On the previous oil change skid plate came off while driving on highway creating a very dangerous situation. The manager replaced it and assured me it was fastened properly. Upon completion of next oil change 2 days ago note on invoice stated skid plate damaged/loose upon arrival. I questioned the technician and told him the history but he was unconcerned and unwilling to address the issue. Actually told me to go drive 60 mph and see if it comes off. Asked for manager and was told he was out for a week. Filed complaint online to valvoline 2 days and have not heard back.

I was told my brakes were bad and that the car would not pass inspection. So I said ok for the front brakes to be changed. When I left my car was making all sort of noises that it wasn't making prior to the visit. I took my car to my mechanic and you guys put the wrong brakes on the vehicle. I have been without a vehicle since the day of the inspection. I have been getting my oil changed and inspections done there for a very long time. I am very disappointed.
