Went in today for an oil change with a larger vehicle. A technician in another bay did nothing but complain the whole time we were there because the bay door behind us couldn't be closed. He made several comments about how they should stop taking trucks, and hurry up and get bay 3 out of here... Didn't seem to matter the quality of service we received, just that he was being inconvenienced by some cold are for the short time we were in the bay. Don't think I will return with any other vehicles again. Not a very service oriented atmosphere. Sorry to help you make a paycheck today Yousef. Will gladly take my business elsewhere.

The employees at Valvoline by Park City Mall are AMAZING. The best customer service I’ve had for a car. They are very knowledgeable and if they don’t the answer, they find someone who does know. Friendly, honest, through service. It doesn’t get better than that.
