Went to get car oil changed. They went to change cabin air filter and had to yank it out. It caught on something. After they pulled it out they put new one in told me turn on car and my car vibrates violently. I said it didn't do that before. Manager very dismissive of women saying coincidence and prob a leaf. I said I work 2 jobs i can't come back in couple days. He sighed then looked below where vibrations originating. Saying it's supposed to make that noise. I tried calling customer service they just called store back to have same .manager be short and say what do I want done. I just want my car fixed. Pay for it. He said he didn't do anything and I was talking to loud he was going tti have district manger talk to me
