IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO BE MESSED UP AFTER BEING SERVICED HERE, GO RIGHT AHEAD. I stopped here on 8/28/26 for an oil change. Mahki and Dominick also sold me a Complete Fuel System Service. My receipt confirms that service was performed. The very next morning, my car started blowing white smoke. I called Valvoline and spoke with Derrick, the manager, who told me it was “normal.” By 9/1, my car was overheating and still blowing white smoke from the exhaust. Derrick told me to bring it back. When I returned, he topped off the coolant, opened the radiator cap and topped that off as well. Now, as of 9/5, my car is STILL blowing smoke, it starts with an ugly sound that it did not have before, and suddenly Derrick is telling me that I need a new radiator. Interesting, because I didn’t need a radiator, have overheating issues, white smoke, or these startup issues when I pulled into Valvoline for my oil change. And what was the manager’s response? Basically, “file a claim,” and he showed me the way out. No real concern, no accountability, no attempt to properly address why these problems started immediately after their service. The paperwork from today even shows “rad top-off for OSAT.” So yes, I am documenting EVERYTHING. Be very careful allowing this location to upsell you on additional services. My experience has been nothing but problems since I trusted them with my vehicle. I would NOT recommend this location. Take your vehicle somewhere that will actually diagnose it properly instead of selling you services and then sending you to the claims department when something goes wrong. I wish I had gone to Meineke instead.
