They were efficient and quick. Very knowledgeable and love the print out of recommended services for your vehicle and how long it would take and cost makes it great for people less car knowledgeable.

‼️ If you are female, THIS IS THE SHOP YOU WANT. Women know we have all gone to car shops and are immediately treated like we're clueless. I'm happy to say this has NEVER been my experience. Even though it seems like the staff are entirely male, they will never condescend to you and always hear you out about your concerns, and do it with kindness. They are very transparent about pricing and will turn on a dime to accomodate your schedule right away. I got my car inspected and had an oil change done by these guys, then came back when I feared my alternator may have been acting up. They ordered the part right away, so if diagnostics showed that was the problem they could install it right away. Mind you, they did this in a 24 hour turnaround time. Quoted everything to me beforehand and even encouraged me to call around and get a quote from some other folks to make sure I was getting the best deal and gave me a couple questions to ask other shops to make sure no matter where I went I was getting quality service. After getting quoted almost $300 dollars more by Pep Boys--who wanted me to drop the car off right away and were cagey about when it could be ready or even giving me a quote--I came back here for my appointment. Which, by the way, they told me they could take me earlier than my scheduled appointment time if I was available earlier than my appointment time and did when I had the time to make it an hour earlier than scheduled. After they ran basic diagnostics, thankfully it seemed like a glitch for now. They re-attached the plastic cover on the bottom of my car and didn't charge me a penny for running the diagnostics or any labor associated with re-attaching the plastic. They also told me while they could install a new alternator to assuage my concern, considering they didnt find anything they discouraged me from spending $900 for something that may not even be the issue. They very easily could have told me to drop big money to do that and did not. If it happened again, they encouraged me to call and would make sure the diagnostic specialist at their shop would be in to run more advanced diagnostics. If they don't know the answer, they will just say that and won't try to get you to spend money on things you don't need. I cannot say enough good things about this place; my only regret is that I can't specifically name the gentlemen that assisted me yesterday, but all of them were fantastic. I will never take my car anywhere else if what I need falls under the umbrella of what they can provide. It is very rare I ever write a review about anyone I have patronized, but they deserve it. Can you get what you need for cheaper somewhere else? Yeah, probably. But you definitely get what you pay for at this place. I wouldn't go anywhere else at this point and won't if they can do it for me.
