I just returned from getting my oil changed. I paid 147.00 for an oil change. This is obviously outrageous for any reasonable person to pay. Your company is way overcharging for such a basic service. Please note that I have been a longtime customer but will no longer pay for this...nor will my wife....nor will the fleet vehicles in my small company (septic company). Your company is another example of corporate greed but has overplayed its hand. The way I see it you owe me $50.00. Please note that I am aware how much a quart of full synthetic oil costs and how much the 8 quarts should cost. And you get it in bulk.

I went in for an oil change they didn't tell me the different oil options I could get like regular, synthetic or high milage. They just changed the oil didn't didn't speak to me just that I should think about changing the filter in my car. When I left my check engine light went on. I thought that was strange because it wasn't on before. I get home do some research to see what would make a check engine light come on after oil change, few reasons came up. My husband checked the car my car han absolutely no coolant in it. The problem I have with this is that on my receipt it says coolant level ok. Which was not correct because they obviously didn't check or they didn't care that it was empty. I have pics that show i had no coolant. I was upset after spending $114.00 and they didn't do what they are supposed to be doing during a visit. My husband filled the car with coolant and after a few drives that day the check engine light went away. They seemed like they didn't care about what they were doing. I've been there before never had a problem. I will not be going back.
