I purchased my own air cabin filters from a completely different store and asked for the valvoline tech to put them in. I was charged $15 for EACH filter as a labor charge which I think is astronomical. When I asked again about the price, the staff member responded “you can put them in yourself for free”.

I received exceptional service from Bryce H, including that he found a nail in my rear driver side tire. Even though Valvoline does not offer tire plugs as part of the service, I was very happy he noticed this as it allowed me to proactively get the tire fixed, rather than me or my wife ending up with a flat or a blowout. Bryce H deserves a raise and a promotion!
