Marvin was also professional with other staff to help me drive out when my oil change was completed. Staff told me the price of an air filter was $24.99. I agreed to let them change it. Once I paid and got the receipt it said I was charged $34.99. I asked why and they had no good answer. The lack of knowledge of what they were talking about led to them misinforming me and somehow I had to pay for their mistakes. They proceeded to tell me there was nothing they can do about a refund or cancellation. BS

They couldn't figure how to get the oil out of my car. They often huddled in front of my car in pairs of three talking discreetly. Before they drained the oil one person preemptively took off the oil filter which in return spilled oil all over my engine bay. Took the crew a solid 20 minutes just to figure out how to drain the oil out of my car. No one really ever said there was a issue but I could clearly tell something was up from how they were acting. I was there over an hour inside the bay getting my oil changed because they couldn't figure out how to drain my car of oil or how to put a new oil filter on. Then right before I left an employee asked me to Rev my engine and I was confused on why he asked me to do that. He said he liked my car which is fine but he just wanted to hear me rev it. Just felt unprofessional is all. The whole process was very long and no one ever told me what was going on they just acted confused the entire time so I was naturally worried about my car and if they even drained it correctly. Not a great experience unfortunately.

The wait time to enter the garage was extensive (>30 min.) It was explained to me that there was a problem, but nothing specific. Once I entered the shop I was told they were short staffed by several employees that day and had a problem car and another car that needed several services. I am a loyal customer and it would have been conscientious if the manager would have offered a little discount for the inconvenience.
