These workers were very friendly and HONEST!! My 17 yr old son was given a used vehicle from a family member. Based on the service log he was given, it appeared that the vehicle needed an oil change. To our surprised, we were told that it did not need an oil change (family member must have forgotten to log the last oil change) and the attendant proceeded to explain how they knew to my son and showed him how the oil rubbed into the skin and that meant it was fresh and didn't need changed. With him being so young and me, a lady who knows nothing about cars, they really could have taken advantage of us and other companies certainly would have. We greatly appreciated the honesty of the employees and will most certainly be back with our other vehicles. Thank you Valvoline for your honesty! You have earned yourself a lifelong customer!!

My car needed an oil change but the Valvoline provider noticed that the air conditioner filter needs a change, I also asked for rotating the wheels and they were able to do it. We negotiated a price for all that was acceptable, the service was quick and good, the time of the day that they were able to do the service was very convenient, because usually I have no time during the day to do this services to my car. We brought a truck and a car because of the 50% discount. The girl in the pit noticed a leak around the oil pan of the car and suggested we get it repaired first. That was impressive. When the last time someone refused to take your money. I'm not big on car maintenance so therefore it would be a while before I discovered the leak. The entire staff was pleasant and appeared to enjoy their job.
