Employees were cheerful, communicated well, not just with me, but with each other as a team. Witnessed manager performing tasks like sweeping and mopping while interacting with customers and managing staff, and participating in tech tasks. Other staff members interacted with customers as proficiently as the manager. By the end of the service I could clearly tell who the manager was, but from the beginning of the service, the proficiency of the staff who I interacted with was so good, it was difficult to tell; any of them could have been the manager. After informing them the last oil change team told me II was missing a skid-plate bolt, this team found a replacement and installed it without me having to ask. Great job!
