Wait time was far longer than 15 minutes and then you all broke my car. So thank you for wasting 3.5 hours of my time, breaking my car, making me cancel a roadtrip and then having me spend hundreds of dollars to fix it. And still charging me $111 for an oil change which mind you, I asked for the cheaper (synthetic blend) and got charged for full synthetic - who knows what you actually put in my car at this point. And alas, I have no car for the next week. You will never see me again along with anyone I run into as I'll be telling everyone about this nightmare.

I got an oil change from this shop recently and they forgot to tighten my skid plate underneath my car and in the middle of driving, it fell down and was dragging. When I came back to get it fixed they promised they would get me back there immediately to fix it but instead it was a 2 hour wait and it was only two cars there so it was really unbelievable and unnecessary. Now I don’t want to go to Valvoline ever again in the future. That was dangerous and unprofessional. I don’t recommend this shop to anyone for this carelessness.
