Last time I needed an oil change I had to go to 3 different Jiffy Lubes they all were understaffed or unable to help. This time I was telling a friend I was annoyed about going and she said she always goes to the Valvoline in Penn Hills and they are fast, friendly and do a great job. I know this is how these stores are built to function, but the people working crushed it which feels rare anymore. No wait, 2 other cars pulled in while I was in and we were all helped immediately and everyone working was in a great mood and friendly. I was in and out fast and it felt like a fair price. I told friends/family and had another friend say she only goes to the Penn Hills Valvoline too. Will def be back!
