John was super nice! I felt like he was very honest and had my cars best interest at heart. He was very knowledgeable and I felt like I could trust him. Super fast service, I was in an out and on my way to do Christmas shopping on McKnight. Thanks guys! Edited to add **I also believe there should be a tip option when checking out because of the services these guys are providing. If coffee shops offer it for pouring a drink, these guys definitely deserve atleast the option to tip them**

Got into a car accident right across the street, and the workers there were extremely kind and held the doors for us and let us stay in the waiting area while we waited for police to come. I really appreciated the gesture on a very cold, tough day. Everyone is okay, no injuries.
