Your people put the WRONG OIL in my Car - they used the name of the person and the vehicle of the bay next to my car! How I learned of this error was when "Sheri" gave me the new sticker that read 29,827 miles and my car had 46,208 and I brought it to her attention. Only then did she realize she used the information from the car in the bay next to mine. She emailed me 3 bills. BE CERTAIN I AM CREDITED FOR THIS ERROR THAT WOULD HAVE DAMAGED MY CAR! I just hope and pray they put the correct oil and filter in my car.
