It was a busy Saturday afternoon and the wait was a little long, but as soon as we pulled in, the Valvoline team was extremely personable, efficient, and explained every step along the way.

Staff is always friendly and willing to explain everything if needed. They take care of my vehicle and are never rude or pushy when offering services. They make sure that customers are satisfied with the service or products. I had received wiper blades prior to my last visit which were very substandard (skipping, not wiping large portions of the windshield); when asked on this visit if I needed new wipers, I explained that the ones installed at last visit were poor and Aaron immediately offered to install new ones at no charge to make it right.
I am always impressed by the service at this location and continually recommend it to others. Great job!
