I do not usually leave reviews, but after witnessing a customer verbally assault the employees while getting my oil changed I decided I need to post this. I heard yelling from a belligerent woman and heard the employees asking her to leave. She refused, even though her daughter was terrified by her screaming. At one point I thought she was finally going to be a mother and an actual adult, and leave, but she chose another route. She started recording and one of the employees tried to block her phone when this woman in the car, WITH HER CHILD NEXT TO HER, swung on the employee. Oh my gosh, what kind of mother behaves like this ? Then she poked the male employee right in his face 😮 it was actually terrifying. He reacted, of course. Even after that, employees kept asking her to just leave. Two of the employees had to remind her that she even had a child in her car. I think the employees handled this situation as best as they could, because this woman was out of control. I feel really bad for that child. She even yelled at one point, "my daughter does not get scared about this." Ma'am, she was terrified. You should be ashamed of yourself. Good job valvoline.

Verbally and physically assaulted a women and verbally assaulted a minor child. Unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful staff.
