Your team destroyed my engine by either double filling the oil and draining the transmission or not refilling the engine oil. Brought car back, was told “we don’t see anything” and to “take it to Subaru.” Well, it barely made it to Subaru, died in the parking lot, and is now in need of a full engine replacement. This is a 2021 outback with low mileage that was running in perfect condition prior to your team damaging it. I have filled a claim with customer service and expect all the repairs, original oil change service, and subsequent rental car costs to be fully reimbursed. I can’t express my frustration, disappointment, and anger with this experience to its fullest extent. Absolute nightmare.
