Your team members were very confused. I asked them to put a quart of additive in my oil. They put the court of additive in but did not understand they needed to put six quarts of motor oil in as well. Fortunately another of the team brought it to the attention of the attendant overseeing the oil change, and it was added. My truck has 339,250 miles on it. Your attendant entered 33,925. The sticker for the next do oil change reflected that. The attendant was unable to comprehend putting the correct number of miles on the sticker. So he wrote the mileage on the sticker but was unable to add 6,000 MI the next oil Change. Ultimately he handed me the sticker as I left. I wrote the correct number on the sticker and will return when my oil needs to be changed again. Your staff at this location seems very confused. The female attended who changed my oil was very attentive, did a good job, and appeared to do exactly as she was told to do by the attendant overseeing the oil change. No ill reflection on her.

5 stars isn't enough! You're running a very successful operation, and that's obvious in every facet of my visit today. Staff was super friendly and professional, I will absolutely be bringing my work vehicle here again. I would never pay the service cost for my personal vehicles, but the price will fit the market, and honestly didn't seem high for most people who won't DIY-it like me, especially considering the level of ultra-speedy service I received today. Your manager is top-notch and should be retained at all costs! I hope you're compensating these guys well, otherwise someone else will!

I had a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change. The Groupon details said I would have to pay any sales tax and I was fine with that but I was charged an extra like 13.00.
