Came in initially to get car serviced and the machine for the air conditioner happened to get get messed up during my turn. It took over and hour for them to figure out what was wrong but they weren’t able to finish the service. So Shane did a temporary fix until they could bring me back in to do the service for no charge. When I brought it back I just had to park right in front let Shane know I was back and they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I was there forever! the first time I ever went there I was there 10-15mins. I told everyone how great it was and how they should go there for super fast service and then I went a second time and it was no where near as fast as they were before. the gentleman next to me was there for at least 45 mins, I don't know how long he was there before me.I waited 15 mins outside the garage then at least 33 mins inside. I get you wanna have good service and check peoples tires,turn signals, lights and stuff but some vehicles don't need that done since the computer systems in there vehicles tell them now. so maybe ask the customer if they would like it done. also, you can't change my lights there anyway.

I feel that I take her to give me more of a discount. They only gave me a discount on the oil change and the ticket said 35% off the whole thing but they did not give me any discount on my wiper blades and stuff I just felt the should’ve been a little bit more of a discount.
