I have always recu2019d good service, always friendly, able to answer any questions I may have. In addition, I am a senior woman not too familiar w/auto things like checking tire pressure. On at least 2 occasions they checked my tire pressure even tho I wasnu2019t having any work done. I really appreciated them doing that for me. They didnu2019t even think abt it,just said drive up & it was done. I am a loyal customer and will soon be having my car inspection done there.

It wasn't so much the team member that I was disappointed with as much as the price for what should have been a simple oil change. I don't understand why the team member had to do a limited inspection of my vehicle. All I wanted was an oil change. If I needed an inspection, I would have voiced that fact. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to come off as difficult.

I did not appreciate that the technician had to check the air filter in the cabin. That was not necessary to take everything apart to check it. I never had any other technician check the cabin air filter before and we have been fine. All other services were great.

No air conditioning in the garage. On a 95 degree day, it was extremely hot sitting in the car. I donu2019t think itu2019s fair to the employees wearing long sleeve/long pants coveralls to work in that condition all day either.

Went in for inspection and an oil change. The young lady that preformed the work was very friendly am explained everything that she was going to do. Showed me the filters that needed to be changed. This is the only place I take my car. I know they are honest an trustworthy.
