I had the antifreeze changed on my 2002 Explorer, I had it back twice because I was losing antifreeze, they kept saying it was just working air out. When I looked, they had cracked the intake. On the engine, I showed them, this is cracked exactly where they were hooked into it and they denied that they were responsible. Go to Midas on Steubenville pike, they are pros who stand behind their work.
