First of all an oil change in a diesel truck should not be $280 second I asked for my fuel filters to be replaced. They billed me for it. They said that I was all done and I said can I please see the filter filters and suddenly they realize they forgot to Change them coincidence I think not.

USUALLY I don't mind going here, I've been to this specific location a few times with both of our vehicles that being said i only come to Valvoline for convenience when I can't get in at the Ford dealership, this time they used the vacuum, but I was watching the volume of oil coming out they pull less than 6 qts, I have a 2025 Ford Maverick that take 6.1 qts I spoke up and said there was more left the tech told me it was low well it was a tiny bit low not even close to the 3/4 qts that was still in there, I bought my own oil for the change he already dumped it then said what do you want me to do pull the plug to which I replied yes and said I already added a quart, so maybe ask your customer take time to consider I will NEVER take a vehicle to Valvoline again and I will make sure everybody i know does the same I can change my own oil I only came in for convenience and to be treated like that is DISGUSTING shame on everybody here
