I am the single owner of my vehicle. I have always used Valvoline - even with 2 previous vehicles. This past Saturday I requested an oil change and a tire rotation. 1. The guy scans the inside of my door and a completely different name comes up. Odd. I question it - no explanation. I was asked for my name, address and phone number - I dont show up in the system at all. Seriously? I've been a customer for at least 15 years. Never moved in that time. 2. About 3/4 of the way through the oil change, the guy tells me they cannot do a tire rotation because my car sits too low? What? Since when?? When I questioned it, I was told their cement is sinking. Makes no sense to me. Sinking cement would mean my car sits higher than normal, and the car gets jacked up to remove the tires anyway. Worst service I've ever experienced there.
