Arrived at the Valvoline in Robinson at around 11:30am. Pulling up to an empty bay and almost immediately asked to switch spaces with another customer as she was there first and had been waiting longer. I understood and agreed to the inconvenience/switch. After 15 to 20 minutes, as the car in front of me appeared to be having some problems, I was able to pull up. I was immediately advised that the lesser expensive oil was not available. I shared my frustration with the Manager who explained she could only apply a $20.00 discount which was already available which I expressed. I told her I was not happy but that she may proceed. After she was ready to cash me out, she offered to apply another discount totaling $15.00 which didn’t amount to much because I had a $10.00 coupon anyway for the lower rate. I was told by my coworker that she only pays $50 for an oil change. I expressed that they were always my go to for close to 15 years! I think I’ll need to reconsider. This particular Valvoline has obviously undergone a change in management as it has gone down hill! Left spending $80.19.
