Waited an hour in line without being addressed by staff, despite being first in line at the bay when I arrived. The bays around me saw 3+ vehicles each during this time, while I sat there unacknowledged, trying to get any staff member’s attention. Staff who did greet me when my car was eventually serviced were impolite. Poor experience overall.
