I brought in my daughter’s car for an oil change. They did a thorough job of checking and replacing fluids and filters. They showed me the cabin filter which I was not aware existed. That was good to know. But the real surprise was a question the manager asked me. “Are you have trouble shifting or the car shifting when accelerating?” I said yes. He said I was 2.5 quarts low on my transmission fluid and that could be the cause. They topped it off, but also told me I may have a leak too. Had I not come in and have him mention that my daughter’s car would be in serious trouble. The best service I could have hoped for. Thanks Valvoline!
