I had a good experience! But i purchased the high great synthetic oil and on the sticker for the window, it said to come back in 3,000 miles or 3 months but with synthetic oil it should be 5,000 miles or 6months. Thatu2019s my only complaint. And if it is the 3,000 then i paid way to much.

Everyone was very nice and the oil change was quick. They explained everything that was going on from how long it would take, the types of oil and topped everything off. They told me when I need to come back and I also got a sticker with the mileage. They also checked my car and let me know what needed to be replaced

I brought in my daughteru2019s car for an oil change. They did a thorough job of checking and replacing fluids and filters. They showed me the cabin filter which I was not aware existed. That was good to know. But the real surprise was a question the manager asked me. u201cAre you have trouble shifting or the car shifting when accelerating?u201d I said yes. He said I was 2.5 quarts low on my transmission fluid and that could be the cause. They topped it off, but also told me I may have a leak too. Had I not come in and have him mention that my daughteru2019s car would be in serious trouble. The best service I could have hoped for. Thanks Valvoline!
