I can't say anything bad about this location. The staff have always treated me very well. I have gone here for over 22 years and will continue to come here. I bring all of my vehicles here and will not take them anywhere else. Staff are always knowledgeable and very friendly.

First, my oil change cost me more than going to a local mechanic who would change my oil AND rotate my tires, and that's after a coupon. I was severely unimpressed by the way every service they could do was thrown at me. I requested a simple oil change only. Then they checked my AC and told me that needed changed. I said no, and they pushed back with the fact that if it went bad it would cost me $2k. Then they pushed for my rear differential to be changed. I said no, just an oil change. Then they claimed the air filter (which I replaced recently) needed changed. It took me three reminders that I needed any oil change ONLY and they kept pushing me to do more. Even my child commented on how rude they were. As a woman in a man filled garage, it was really uncomfortable. Maybe they thought they could scare me into more services? Either way I will not be returning, ever.
