We had multiple people helping with our service, but the manager was the person coordinating our service. He was very helpful and friendly, and explained the additional service that was recommended but did not pressure us at all. Everyone was very efficient and the team worked well together. The cost was reasonable. We moved here 2 years ago and actually found this store by accident, but we love this location and plan to continue using them.

It is very nice to pull into a service/sales establishment and not be pushed to be upsold. When the technicians explained all the points of inspection they perform, and I declined (Because I do most of my own work) they were not pushy to have them do it. They made recommendations which are solid to do but again I do my own work mostly and declined. They were very happy to assist and worked well together. I have been coming to this location for a few years now and I have never had a bad interaction with anyone. It is actually very pleasant to get my oil changed here when I don't have time to do it myself. It is very comforting to see some of the same faces over the years.

I am not complaining about the service or the staff. What I am highly dissatisfied with t hat was the red pole my 2021 Toyota Sienna rubbed against as I was being directed into the service bay area. The placement of the pole was a very bad decision given the unusual way you enter the service area. It's on the top of a mountain and has a very short amount of space in the parking area you are directed to wait in before you turn into the service bay. I have a large size vehicle. And to add to my trauma being the very expensive autobody repair bill (estim. over $3,000). The service Nancy was quick to point out that other large vehicles were able to make the same maneuver without sustaining body damage to their vehicle. That was just very hard to believe, but also a testament to his lack of proper direction to my specific vehicle. Thoughts of suing Valvoline to recoup losses are still on the table!
