I waited over an hour today (only two cars in front of me) and still wasn't seen so I left). They finally had me pull into the garage spot and I sat another 15-20 minutes with zero communication. There seems to be a lack of knowledge with the workers as there were THREE out of FOUR working on one car. Slow service (so much for a 15 minute oil change). Awful communication. I will not be going back.
