hardware issue with air cleaner, which was never an issue in the past. no safety check was performed with the lights, turn signals, four ways etc. tire pressure was not check as I did not hear beep from pump. checks where not done under the hood as they have been done in the past

A man named Eddie helped with the oil change and most of my services and he was so very polite and friendly. I would return just because of him. When it got to my battery replacement (which I didn't know I needed until they tested my battery) another man came and helped, too, (he clearly had been there longer than Eddie because he was giving instructions to Eddie as far as what to do), and he was very professional, too.
