I pulled into the service area and explained that my oil light was on combined with a dinging noise that let me know something was terribly wrong. They assessed the problem, my husband put the wrong size filter on last week while changing the oil for me and all the oil had leaked out. Eric got my car into a bay and had me out the door in less than 30 minutes. He was so kind and understanding, I will never forget the way I was taken care of by them during a very stressful morning.

Person working on my service could have been more friendly and enthusiastic about his job. Plus, he could have spoken up at a higher volume as it was noisy in the shop, and he seemed to mumble as he spoke. Service personnel should be more responsive to the customer. I had to ask him several times to speak up. He just seemed not very happy to be there. He should be lucky to have a job in these days.
