Always has to be a shady experience anywhere you go. We purchased a Groupon oil change from Valvoline which supposed to include 5qts oil AND OIL FILTER. when you go there they upcharge you for an oil filter claiming it's a special filter. Its not. They claim that on 75% of the filters so they can make extra money. Now Groupon has to get involved plus a quick call tomorrow to the PA department of commerce for deceptive business practices.

If extra oil is needed or a premium filter is required that is an extra charge, as well as the sales tax for the service. This information can be located on the Groupon under the tab "What's Included". With the info provided, I located your invoice to better understand the info. I can confirm the only oil filter Valvoline Instant Oil Change carries for your 2023 Chrysler Pacifica is a special OEM oil filter per your manufacturer and that's why you were charged for that filter.
