I had to correct the support staff more than two times about the pressure to be put in the tires per the sticker in the door. I felt like they were ignoring me - thought they knew better. I repeatedly pointed it out to show them and had to raise my voice louder to get them to stop and pay attention.I was unable to get my tires rotated due to weight capacity of lift. This was disappointing. However, the manager(?) explained the lift wasn't strong enough in a professional and kind manner.
