Tried to sell me transmission fluid change, transfer case change, and differential oil change. I declined and checking the service manual for my 2019 Mazda CX-5 none of these are needed. Transmission fluid is lifetime and others are only replaced if vehicle has been submerged. They said I needed a new battery, which after 5 years seemed possible, but the price seemed somewhat high. Hopefully it was really needed unlike the other suggested services.

I like that the mechanics check not only the oil but the tire pressure, battery, brake fluid and fill the windshield cleaner. They pumped the oil out of the pan, which I had never seen them do, and the manager explained the reasoning, to my satisfaction. Though I had to wait much, much longer for my turn to pull into the bay, I was only inside the building about 20 minutes.
