This was a whole new kind of experience, in the best way possible. I normally refuse to use any instant oil change places due to the first-hand horror stories of things being missed, plugs not being installed after done..... instant oil change locations do not have a reputation of trust. HOWEVER, I was in a bind and wanted to get my oil changed so I googled and found the Washington PA Valvoline shop. It was the most professional experience I've ever had. You could say it was a well-oiled machine. Strong levels of communication about steps and completions, no pushy filter adjustments, and it honestly was the most professional instant oil change experience I've ever had. Samuel and the team made it a wonderful experience and I definitely see myself taking more work to their store. No one ever brags about how great an instant oil change shop is... that's how you know it was an amazing, over-the-top positive experience. Manager Samuel said they took over the location two years ago and implemented all kinds of procedural changes, and it made a very strong impression and gained my trust.

They couldn't figure out how to open my hood. I left, stopped in a parking lot and opened and closed the hood. Went back and they didn't put the extra quart of oil in my truck, then double backed just before I left to add more.
