Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Fast and professional service. Workers were so kind and very knowledgeable and made sure I got what I needed and didn’t push to sell anything extra. They helped me make sure I was able to use my coupon and I don’t think I’ll ever get my oil changed at another place again!

I had the pleasure of having Bert, Rocky, and Axel work on my vehicle today. It all started when Axel came to inquire what services I was in need of while I was still in line, very efficient. Axel was so friendly and polite yet professional, not always seen these days. Ok now it was my turn to enter the shop. As the lead, Bert was in control. He approached me with the biggest smile and the happiest attitude I’ve ever seen, I really mean that. He checked me in and reviewed all services available to me. I felt no pressure to purchase them, although I did. He was doing all this while having Axel guide me over the Pit. Axel then began giving me directions (put it in park, pop the hood, left turn signal, right turn signal, etc), like a well oiled machine. Now to the Pit. That is Rocky’s territory. Rocky was moving with quickness underneath. Although I couldn’t see him I could hear the tools and equipment being utilized. While these guy were doing their work The rest of the service was the same, excellent. Until the end. I don’t know if it is normal for these guys as I’ve been to an assortment of Valvoline’s and haven’t experienced. As I was paying for the service, Bert brought the two gentlemen (Rocky and Axel) that had worked on my vehicle to be introduced. I shook their hands while each thanked me for coming in. Finally, Axel gave me a really nice fairwell gesture and guided me out of the garage and sent me on my way. Amazing.
