There was some sort of domestic dispute going on in the bay next to me. The people were screaming at each other and cursing. One person was getting in and out of the car and walking in and out of the service bay. Made me feel unsafe, especially since my child was in the car with me and witnessing the event.

The oil change was great and there we no problems with that.The only problem I had is when I went to pay and use the coupon you emailed me, I couldn't get it downloaded to my phone because of a weak signal in that area. To which the technician recommended downloading the coupon before getting there. Since I didn't live in the area and that was the first time visiting that location I had no idea. I would suggest adding a customer WIFI so people could download the coupons easier.

Even though the employee was really young, he won my trust and I believe everything he told me. The recommendations for my car make me believe in his honesty when he explains me very clear that possibly the IC refill won’t fix the motor of the air conditioner but he will anyways charge $40 so he explained very well and he gave me the option of say no or yes but with out pushing.Thank you he makes me fill extremely confident of the good job they were doing ona duo with the guy under my vehicle.
