My son took my car for an oil change. He returned with the slip and there were 6 items listed as u2018not checkedu2019. The tire pressure and brake fluid were two of the items not checked. I called valvoline and asked if those were items that typically get checked and was told u2018yesu2019. I said my car was just there and these items were not checked. I was transferred to the manager at the valvoline location my car was at. He said sometimes they are too busy or they forget to check all items. Itu2019s an hour drive to go and come back, so needless to say I did not drive my car back to wait in line for these items to be checked. My bill was $125. I think the service should be followed through correctly. Since this location skips items if busy or simply forgets, I will not return to this location. I will find another place to get my oil changed.

I bought the oil change and the 18 point check was done I ended up going to AutoZone to buy coolant for my radiator and windshield wiping fluid that cost me an extra 25$ on top of $56.16 that I was charged please help so that this doesn't happen to anyone else
