The one in East Hanover, NJ was very impolite, didn't greet and was disappointing so I went over 75 miles to PA to visit my nephew and go to your Pennsylvania Valvoline as the customer service was consistent and as expected. Always very polite and even asked every step of the way if they could even open my door to check the recommended tire pressure.I had recently purchased a Rain-X wiper blade for the drivers side of my Jeep and asked them if they would put it on for me. They kindly did. The whole team always works together as a team to get vehicles in and out as quickly as possible.I tipped two of my technicians and always do. They deserve it!
