I feel like V-should be better to their employees when it comes to their health. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable for the customers and the workers. They under extreme pressure to keep the guest happy and quickly get them out. The problem is -the work area should be more inviting like in this picture. Air conditioned and water avail. if your workers fall out from being over heated, then the work slows down and the care turns to a lack of and the quality of work goes away.That means if they care less, workload slows, which means you will lose money and word of month in a bad way can hurt business. The Willow Grove team is super sweet, but they were struggling to work under those conditions. Your company makes enough to put air in, paint the work area and have water stations for the guys and a cleaner bathroom. I hope you address this because they are good guys and need to be treated right to keep the quality of your Brand in good standing.Thank you and will keep praying for you all.

Was supposedly finished, moved outside to get “Oil Change Reminder” reset, older technician noticed something wrong (did not say what) but next thing I know the hood is open and 3 technicians are working on the engine. Took 20 minutes more. BTW, it was 98° outside. Apparently the first technician did not properly install the filter and the cover and oil was sprayed on the engine.The older technician fixed the issue, cleaned up the oil and then reset the reminder (from a YouTube video) Altogether, my visit took almost an hour.

The drive up line was confusing, in that the first four cars lined up in 1 line. Once more cars began arriving a second line was started. The problem remained that the first four cars, were first, and they began taking cars from both lines.
