Do not go to this location by any means, I came here to get my oil change done in the winter time when I normally do them myself (Couldn’t do with snow on the ground), oil change was great until I got to do my next one and see my oil drain bolt is rounded off slightly, and the bolt is way over torqued. So I call to discuss this issue and get it fixed for a MAJOR discount since I could not do it myself and already bought my oil and filter. The manager was very ignorant and said that it is not possible for it to be over torqued since they use torque limited wrenches, but when I discuss that with a employee there, they say, “a lot of the wrenches are broken so it could definitely be over torqued.” The manager then follows up and says, “maybe you’re just not used to it being torqued correctly,” which I found very rude and ignorant. She then said I could come in and bring my oil and filter and have them do it for 60 to 65 dollars and I’d have to pay for a new bolt. I then said, so you guys aren’t going to offer any discount and she proceeds to say that is a discount (maybe 5 dollars off), which is absolutely ridiculous especially since there should be compensation for this massive inconvenience and wear and tear on my car that they caused. When I went back since I had no other option, they struggled to take the bolt off and used multiple methods to try to get it off, needing multiple people to even get the bolt off (proving my point that they stripped and over torqued the bolt to begin with). But when I call to discuss the issue once again, she claims, we can’t say it is our fault since you could have rounded it off in between the two oil changes. This place is absolutely ridiculous and unreliable, the manager is not helpful at all and completely ignorant when it comes to issues they caused, will never come back to here, and I hope you don’t either (deserves 0 stars).
