I am highly disappointed with my experience here yesterday. I have been going to this location for the last two years since I moved to Rhode Island and it’s the only place I will go Even though I live in Woonsocket. I went in yesterday to get my oil changed, even though I was unsure if I needed my oil changed as I had just bought my vehicle. The tech I dealt with insulted my Choice of vehicle, then proceeded to tell me that I would have all kinds of issues with set vehicle without even looking at the vehicle. He then proceeded to insult a highly competent local mechanic here in town without even knowing the mechanic All because of the choice of my vehicle. I left not getting any other kind of service which I had wanted, even if my oil didn’t need to be changed I needed other things checked, but because he took so long talking and dogging out my vehicle in my mechanic, there were other customers behind me as it was a busy day and I needed to leave the bay. With this being said, I will not be coming back to this location.
