None of my fluids were checked. There was no air put in my tires. The tire gauge was on too, lights were not checked, when I asked about that he said he seen the lights on when I drove in. So I guess you don't check unnecessary lights like break lights? I paid $125 for an oil change and I had to tell the guy what to do right down to asking for a new sticker! How do I know the oil was EVEN CHANGED?? I can't see under the car. Then when I made them check the fluids I found that my brake fluid was low but they couldnt add any. But he was SURE to sell me the new air filter. There are abour 7 places that do oil changes in my area. I pay more at Valvoline BECAUSE my fluid levels are checked and my tire pressure is checked...you know all the extras. This was by far the worse experience I have EVER had getting an oil change and Ive been driving for over 40 years.

The safety checkpoint at the completion of servicing was missed. As a result, the technician didn’t know my headlight was missing and my husband had to inform them to replace it. It concerns me this light check was missing especially since previous visits have had that occur at the beginning of the service. In the end it was fixed
