Customer service makes the difference and the manager walked out after I waited in line without a smile and not a good morning. When I came in I saw three lines of cars. I didnt see cars parked in the back. I called first thing in the morning and was told it was very quiet. I was excited to get my oil changed there. The mechanics are nice there and I have been a customer for years for oil changes and air filter replacements. I was told to move my car, after waiting awhile in line. The mechanics are nice but after the way I was treated by their manager I wont go back again. They claim to be quick and relaxing and efficient and they are not there.. Go to Midas across the street.

Great service by professional mechanics, from management right down to service technicians. Friendly guys too-every single one. I am quite impressed and continue to go there often.

Please do not take your car here for any reason. I have used Valvoline for years and brought my car in for an oil change. They recommended a transmission fluid replacement for transmission longevity, which I did. My car had been running great for years and is fairly young for a camry, 110k. Once it became cold outside, I took it in to a local mechanic because it started having issues shifting out of first gear. A non-Valvoline mechanic evaluated it, and said it is full of metal shavings, which is abnormal after the service Valvoline did. He said it was likely due to the recent transmission fluid change. Valvoline said according to their checklist, they did everything according to the books, but there is no reason a 2015 Camry should have these issues <10k miles from the time of service. It was escalated to corporate and they did not bother to partner with me in trying to identify a transmission shop to further investigate the issue. I would be more understanding if they took ANY steps to try to look further into the cause.
