Over-all it was actually quite fine. The reason why the service was slow was because they were slammed with cars and I wanted a tire rotationu2026. And of course, my bat did not have a lift. Not the staffu2019s faultu2026But it turned an u2018instantu2019 oil change into nearly 3 hours.I want to be clear- the line staff were kind and efficient. They worked well as a team..iu2019d come back. The way the questions were asked skewed the answer a bit.

The mechanic working on my car, Shayne, told me that I was beautiful. I thanked him and smiled. The interaction was friendly. If it had stopped there, that wouldu2019ve been fine. However, he proceeded to continue, stating u201cI donu2019t care if I get in trouble, you are so beautiful, I am speaking so honestly right now, youu2019re a u2018Baberaham-Lincolnu2019u201d. I was trapped in my car as he was working and I could not show any discomfort without causing excessive social awkward-ness or, worst case scenario, potential for damage to my car. He spent the remaining time gushing over my looks. He was overly excited by my friendly demeanor and took that as permission to very thoroughly comment on my looks. As I left, he stated to u201ckeep smiling as it matches my beauty.u201d I was extremely uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this Valvoline for fear of running into this man again.
