Usually, I have a great experience. However my last experience I was not treated as usual. Perhaps it was due to the extrema heat we experienced which is precisely the reason I pulled in. After the whirlwind blew debris into my eyes “outch” the mid manager decided to insult me in front of people I knew getting oil changed while I waited in back of my car for my Air Conditioning recharged.
I added for the recharge, he said it’s $200, I say I know I paid last year. He said ok let me get started.
When he explained I couldn’t get charged, and the reason , I asked shouldn’t I have known this last year when you recharged?? I don’t think I should be responsible for anything… he walked off yelling as he did “Manager” YOU. DEAL with her! SHE don’t want to pay $30.00! And he continues as the manager is speaking with me . So I couldn’t fully focus on manager over his belittling.
I asked manager was it protocol? In the end the upper management said no, he would deal with him.. but boy was I unhappy with his approach to my question.

Hi—I don't like leaving bad reviews, but here at the Valvoline on Reservoir Ave, the employees need to take their jobs more seriously. They seem to forget that not everyone has the luxury of waiting around while they just spend their time walking around and goofing off with one another.
